2. Once submitted, our friendly customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to verify your account.

Deliveries are subject to a minimum order volume of apallet.
Ambient and refrigerated goods can be placed on thesame pallet. Frozen goods must travel on a separate pallet.

Deliveres are once a week on Monday/Tuesaday. Please order by 10 a.m. two Friday before (6 – 7business days before)

Catch Weight Prices
Catch Weight Prices When ordering kilo products and items, prices are subject to the final catch weight of these items and your order will be adjusted to your invoice.

Receipt of delivery
Customer must ensure that staff are available to receive a delivery during their agreed delivery schedule.
Deliveries must be checked at the time of delivery in the presence of a driver.
The customer must sign the delivery note/invoice by way of acceptance of the goods and must document any shortcomings.
Acceptance of Orders
Your order is accepted and payment is taken at the point of dispatch for goods. All orders are subject to availability and products that are out of stock at the point of dispatch will not be charged.
Following acceptance of your order we will issue a final invoice, wich must be settled before to the dispatch of goods.
The goods will be sent to the chosen address, once Itataste has received the payment of the invoice.
